This isn't a job.
It's a calling.
We are a biblical soul health ministry destroying every obstacle that hinders people from knowing God. We're looking for students who want real work, real responsibility, and real mentorship — inside a Kingdom organization that takes both craft and calling seriously.
We form people.
We don't just inform them.
Thirst With Hunger exists at the intersection of theology, healing, and transformation. Everything we produce — every podcast episode, every article, every course video — is grounded in Scripture and designed to move people toward wholeness in Jesus Christ.
When you work here, your work is ministry. What you produce reaches real people in real pain. That's not a slogan. It's the weight we carry into every piece of content we create.
Prophetic & Grounded
We speak with spiritual authority rooted in Scripture — not opinion, trend, or hype. Every declaration is anchored in the Word.
Warm & Inviting
We are approachable to the seeker and the wounded. Our language meets people exactly where God meets them.
Clear & Purposeful
We teach with precision and intentionality. Our words are chosen to form, not just inform.
Urgent & Hopeful
We communicate the urgency of knowing God without manufacturing fear. Hope is always the horizon — even in hard truths.
We take you seriously
from day one.
This is not an internship where you watch from the sidelines. You will own real projects with real deliverables — content that gets published, episodes that get released, campaigns that go live. The work is real. The stakes are real. And the formation that happens in you while doing it is real.
As a growing ministry (501(c)(3) status in progress), we invest in our interns through mentorship, real project ownership, academic credit support, and a TWH Welcome Box.
Direct Mentorship
You work directly with Pastor Sandy Edwards — ministry founder, biblical teacher, and entrepreneur.
Portfolio-Ready Work
Every project you complete is published and public — real deliverables from a credible biblical ministry.
Academic Credit Supported
We complete all required university documentation and work with your faculty advisor directly.
Letter of Recommendation
A formal letter upon successful completion — from Pastor Sandy Edwards, who actually knows your work.
TWH Welcome Box
Every intern receives an official branded welcome box — t-shirt, hat, and water bottle. Because joining this team means something, and we want you to feel that on day one.
